KB Summary by Now Assist

Issue

A multi-row variable set is configured on catalog item level as well as, included in a variable set. It is not displayed on the form after clicking on TRY IT.

Release

ALL

Cause

Variable set is included in Container set.

Resolution

1.After changing the order of the variable set it displayed on the catalog form.
Reason: The variable set was included inside the container. If we exclude it by changing the order of the variable set then, the issue is resolved.
You cannot include the following variable types in a multi-row variable set:

Break
Container End
Container Start
Container Split
HTML
Label
List Collector
Macro
Macro with label
UI Page

2. If we include the variables in Catalog item as well as in variable set then the variables will appear twice on the catalog form.
a. Appear in the multi-row and
b. Appear as normal variables on the form

Please refer the below screenshot. variable1-> feb_variable_1 and variable2- > feb_variable_2.
