While in conversation with a chat, a guest user is unable to see when the customer/agent is typing.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Start a chat with guest user.
2. Accept the chat with an agent.
3. Start typing on the agent side. The guest on the other side can not see the text prompt that you are typing.
