Description

When you select to pin a schedule from All on-call schedules they do not display under the "your pinned on-call schedules"

Cause

Customizations made to UI page $oc_groups

Resolution

The behavior seen is due to customizations made to UI page $oc_groups:
https://<Instance name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_page.do?sys_id=b53fad60d7010300532c24837e61036b

Setting this UI page back to the out of box code will resolve the issue seen.
