Description

Users are not automatically redirected to IDP/SSO when navigating to Service Portal. They see the Service Portal login page instead.

Cause

There is no active IDP or "Auto Redirect IDP" is not enabled

Resolution

Verify that there is an active IDP and the IDP "Auto Redirect IDP" is enabled.
