View rules for the Incident form in Agent Workspace fail to trigger jump-to related records.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Import the attached view rule and form section.
These will create a new Workspace View Rule and Default Form Section related record specific to Incident records.
2. Load the Incident form in Agent Workspace.
Notice the form does not jump to the "Related Records" section.
This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
