Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Reports > Report Source.
2. Right click on the list header and select the Import XML.
3. Click on Choose File and choose the attached xml file.
4. Click the upload button.
5. Open the record "Test Filters" in report source table.
Notice the filters (153) defined on that record can not be seen or accessed. Observe the "400 Bad request" error on the browser console.
