Description

Choice lists are showing installed language plugins even though platform setting is still set to English

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install a French plugin on the instance.
  2. Navigate to Flow Designer.
  3. Create a flow.
  4. Add a base instance action log.
  5. Select a log level and observe how they are in French.
