In the Service Portal user profile page ?id=profile the heading structure is incorrect, the h3 heading is skipped.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open any portal page
2. Navigate to the profile page
3. Examine the page and note that the headings go from h2 to h4.
This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
