Service Portal - List & form page does not display attachments on a record after the first view when navigating between records

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add an attachment to an incident record
  2. Navigate to /sp?id=lf&t=incident
  3. Click and view the incident from step 2 and note the attachment is shown at the top of the record
  4. Now click on another incident record
  5. View the incident record from step 2 again and noticed no attachment is displayed

Workaround

In the spAttachmentManager provider (sp_angular_provider record), change this:

    attachments: $scope.attachments
};

to this:

        handler: attachmentHandler,
        attachments: $scope.attachments
    };
});

Revert to out-of-box version of this provider after upgrading to a release w/ the fix for this Problem.
