Description

Although the "Language internationalization support' documentation mentions UTF-8 for international characters, most language support in ServiceNow does not require String fields to be String (Full UTF-8) type fields.

The primary usage of the String (Full UTF-8) field type is for emoji support, but there are some exceptions. Some language characters might fall into the category of 'rarely used' and would require the same support as the emoji (String (Full UTF-8)).
