Module record for 'My Profile' is customized (OOB SysID for this module is f29c9c43c611227b00563cc2431e081c)
Navigate to the sys_app_module table and open the record with SysID f29c9c43c611227b00563cc2431e081c. From the versions related list, revert to the OOB one from New York.
Otherwise you can import the xml into the instance attached in the article here which is from the out of box.
