Summary

On table list view for table [sc_req_item], when using stage renderer workflow-driven, the initial stage is either "Waiting for Approval" or "Request Approved" (see screenshot). Can the initial stage on a RITM record be customized and/or removed?

Instructions

  • It is expected behavior that the initial stage is either "Waiting for Approval" or "Request Approved."
  • The 'initial stage' on RITMs a standard feature of Service Catalog workflows. It is not optional and was not designed to be turned off
  • There is a lot of code that just assumes that it is there. It would be an enhancement request for us to go through the workflow engine re-architect how that stage is handled.
