When an agent sends an attachment, the attachment name is not visible on workspace

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate Customer service Virtual agent and CSM demo data
  2. Chat setup-> workspace
  3. As an end-user (Ex. George warren) from CSM Portal, initiate chat and have a conversation with VA
  4. From the VA topic, hand off the chat to Live agent
  5. As an Agent (Ex. John Jason) from Workspace, Accept the chat
  6. Send an attachment as agent

    Actual Behaviour: The agent does not see the name of the attachment.


This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
