Issue
Posting a same worknotes/Additional comments time will be different in major case and child case.
There will be 15-20 second difference for the same update in both major incident and child incident.
If you notice the time in both the incidents there will be a difference of 15-20 seconds.
This is OOB behavior and is expected.
