The is designed behavior.

Administering tags

1. Log in as admin.

2. Navigate to "System Definition -> Tage".

3. Search Name starts with "Most".

A great number of "Most Active" and "Most Recent" tags are coming up.

There are two kinds of "Most Active" and "Most Recent" tags in the system.

- With the value of the owner empty.
  There are "Most Active" and "Most Recent" by default which are created by the system.

-With the value of the owner system user.
  The "Most Active" and "Most Recent" tags are created for the owner of every user by the system when the user creates a tag for the first time.

The owner becomes empty if the relevant user is deleted from the system.


The world works with ServiceNow.
