Issue
How to attach a KB link through the attach button to a different field than the additional comments field in an incident?
Resolution
- Filter Navigate to: Contextual Search > Table configuration
- Select the record where:
- Name = incidents
- UI Type = Platform
- In the related list Search Action Configuration open the record where
- Action label = Attach
- Check Use Custom Field for attach note
- Set attach note field to "work_note"
