Description

When viewing the short_description column on rm_story the attribute no_truncate is not being honored

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop to instance
2. Check if rm_story exisit on instance (if it does go to step 4, if it does not go to step 3.)
3. Go to plugins and activate the Agile Development 2.0 plugin
4. Go to the rm_story table and create a new record with the short description containing more than 50 characters.
5. Save the form and check the list view, it will show that the field is being truncated.

Workaround

As the no_truncate is not being honored customers can go to UI Properties and change "Number of characters displayed in list cells" to a higher number.

However, before making changes in Production please test as this will be for all columns.
