Planning Console not displaying for certain Users. Impersonation works and it seems computer-specific.


Since someone on a different computer who impersonated the affected user was unable to reproduce as well, this is likely a Cache issue.
Have the affected User load the Planning Console in an Incognito window in Chrome. If this fixes the issue, it is related to her Browser Cache which can then be cleared on a normal Chrome window.

If this does not work, we can try clearing the Instance Cache by typing "" in the Filter Navigator. Note that this may cause temporary slowness.


Next Steps:

1. Have the user try loading the Planning Console in an Incognito window in Chrome
2. If this works, have them clear their Browser Cache on a normal window
3. If this does not work, type "" in the Filter Navigator
