The user was facing an issue where, when viewing a Catalog Item in the Service Portal, delivery time was showing as "--", instead of the expected value set on the Catalog Item. They wanted to know why this was.
It was found that the user had customized the "Workflow" Script Include. This is why the unexpected behavior was happening:
When the Script Include was reverted back to Out of Box (OOB), the issue was resolved, and the expected delivery time appeared.
Initially, the delivery time displayed as "--". After making the change to revert the Script Include to OOB, the proper value of "2 Days" displayed for the example Catalog Item "General Maintenance Request".
