Unable to see all published knowledge content on Knowledge Homepage ($knowledge.do)

Resolution

This issue is caused because a condition was added to the Resource configuration for (Knowledge Base Search) below:
https://XXInstanceNameXX.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=cxs_res_context_config.do?sys_id=bf7f7313c33221003d2ae219cdba8f7f

Removing this condition resolved allowed all Knowledge articles to display via Knowledge Homepage.
