Search for a catalog item in Portal and it will find the RITM related that item you mentioned but the item name will be in Alpha Numerical

Resolution


To work around this issue you can set the "primary display field "to number rather than"Item".
Also, be aware the issue occurs when using the legacy "Search Page" widget instead of the "Faceted Search" widget, introduced in London
