Description

View Rule applies to the form that is opened through reference click icon.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to anyInstance as System Administrator
2. Create a View Rule for the incident table with the conditions say Active is true and give the view rule as the test
3. Now Navigate to the Incident.list
4. Open any record which is active
5. Click on any reference icon ( For example Assigned to or Assignment Group) and on Open Record

Actual Behavior: The new form opened through reference click has the view created in step 2 ( here test)

Expected Behavior: It should open in Default View


In Another Scenario,
7. Configure the incident form to add Parent Field on the form
8. Give an incident which is not active in the above Parent Field
9. Now click on the reference icon and the Open Record

Actual Behavior: The inactive incident opens in the view created in step 2 ( according to the view rule, this view should not apply to records which are inactive)

Expected Behavior: The record should open in Default View

Workaround
