Description

The voice search is not working as expected in the Now Mobile app First of all. Users tap the microphone and nothing happens, secondly, when they try to exit the voice search option instead of being returned to the main homepage area, the app kills itself. 

Cause

  1. Customer's company might have Mobile Device Management policies blocking any microphone access.
  2. The property "glide.sg.voice_search.enabled" might be set to "false"

Resolution

  1. Make sure the property "glide.sg.voice_search.enabled" might be set to "true"

  2. Make sure your company policies allow microphone access
