Email Client shows special character for the From / Reply To field if the value contains "<" or ">". This only happens if the "glide.ui.escape_text" is false. This happens as the characters "<,>" are escaped while displaying in the Email Client.

The cause of the issue is the existing problem - PRB1352063. The problem was introduced in the Madrid version and is fixed in Orlando.
There are two workaround options:
- Set the property "glide.ui.escape_text" to 'true'
- Override the field in the template by adding only the email address part without the display name part. For example, edit the From field in the template to be "firstname.lastname@example.org" instead of "abcd" <email@example.com>. When Email Client is rendered, the from the field will appear as "firstname.lastname@example.org".
