Cause
The Manager Queue Length Notification functionality was something that had been implemented at the beginning of Madrid development, but because of the adoption of the Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) Queueing model was deprecated late in the development.
To ensure stability with the Madrid release, the decision was made to remove the triggering business rules and hiding the functionality, and performing a full removal of the deprecated code in the New York release (PRB1326586)
Resolution
Expected behavior. The documentation needs to be updated.
