Relationship Type "Log reviewed by::Reviews log for" should not be part of List-Of-Values for Relationship field in Orphan Rule

When creating Orphan Rules Relationship, the drop-down list shows values taken from CI/User Relationship Type [cmdb_rel_user_type] and CI/Group Relationship Type [cmdb_rel_group_type] tables. The system only evaluates CI to CI relationships or those created in [cmdb_rel_ci], while the corresponding relationship type referenced in these records is from CI/CI Relationship type [cmdb_rel_type].

1. Open CI Class Manager
   2. Search for Configuration Item in Hierarchy
   3. Open any CI
   4. Open Correctness under Health
   5. Open Orphan Rule
   6. On Relationship, the drop-down list includes "Log reviewed by::Reviews log for" and "Backup done by::Does backups for" in the list of values to select, even if these are taken from CI/User Relationship Type [cmdb_rel_user_type] and CI/Group Relationship type [cmdb_rel_group_type] tables.

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Relationship types "Log reviewed by::Reviews log for" and "Backup done by::Does backups for" need to be manually skipped when selecting to use in the Orphan Rule or any custom relationship type created from CI/User Relationship Type and CI/Group Relationship Type.
