Description

vCenter Discovery does not populate the received vCenter Tags in cmdb_key_value table. 

Steps to Reproduce

Run Discovery against a vCenter that have virtual machine with tags.

Expected behavior:
The received tags for the discovered virtual machines in VCenterVMTagsSensor ECC queue input records, should be populated.

Actual behavior:
There are received tags in VCenterVMTagsSensor ECC queue input records, however, they are not populated.

Workaround

This problem is currently under review. You can contact ServiceNow Technical Support or subscribe to this Known Error article by clicking the Subscribe button at the top right of this form to be notified when more information will become available.

As a temporary workaround, please import the attached update set's xml file which contains code modifications to fix the issue in affected instance.

Note: Please remember that modifying records by an update set will lead to skipping them when upgrading the instance. After the upgrade to a fixed version, check the skipped changes from the upgrade history and revert the modified records by the update set to the out of box version.
