KB Summary by Now Assist

Description

The native mobile app is not compatible with IOS when the Digest token is enabled. The native mobile app keeps on spinning without giving a login page. In Android when instance name is selected from the app it is giving local login page.

Steps to Reproduce

From any iOS device:

  1. Select any OOB instance you have with Digest Token enabled
  2. Observe that it keeps on spinning without any error or login page on the screen.
  3. From Android phone, select same Instance you have used in above testing.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this problem, contact ServiceNow Customer Support.
