Issue

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured in an instance, Is it possible that Local users log into the Mobile App?  

 

 

Resolution

If SSO is configured, the login.do page cannot be accessed from the Mobile App. That means Local users are not able to login using the Mobile App if SSO is configured. However, Local users can access the instance via the Safari browser as follow: 

https://[my_instance].service-now.com/login.do

After the user is logged, the browser will redirect the user to: https://[my_instance].service-now.com/$m.do#/home
So the user will be in the Mobile UI.
