Description

Running pattern pre sensor script "Create relation between UCS Balde or Rack Unit and OS" [sic] failed due to: TypeError: Cannot convert null to an object.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run Discovery of Cisco UCS in the New York release
  2. It fails with error below in the discovery pattern log:
Running pre sensor script- Create relation between UCS Balde or Rack Unit and OS failed due to: TypeError: Cannot convert null to an object.

Workaround

The workaround to instantiate GlideRecordUtil and call getGlideRecordByAttribute:

glideUtil.getGlideRecordByAttribute()
