Description

Performance Analytics application menu is not visible under application/filter navigator

Cause

In the table sys_app_application, the record for the title "Performance Analytics" is inactive and hence the issue.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the table sys_app_application
  2. Search for the record with the title "Performance Analytics"
  3. It will be in the inactive state
  4. Make it to active. Screenshot below:
  5. Log out from the instance and log in back.
  6. Now the Performance Analytics applicationĀ menu will be visible under the filter navigator.
