There are few tables in the mobile platform in Madrid, where the column character length is limited to 40, ex. sys_sg_related_list_map (relationship field), sys_sg_master_item (table field). Names are being truncated and data is not being displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. As an admin, create a new Data Item using the table Crisis Scenario Execution Step [x_xxxxx_app_crisis_scenario_execution_step]
  2. Use that Data Item in a new Applet.
  3. Try to Access the Applet in the ServiceNow Agent application.
  4. No record will show.
  5. Check the XML of the Master Item record linked to the Applet created in step 2 > Part of the table name has been truncated [x_xxxxx_app_crisis_scenario_execution_st].


This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
