There are few tables in the mobile platform in Madrid, where the column character length is limited to 40, ex. sys_sg_related_list_map (relationship field), sys_sg_master_item (table field). Names are being truncated and data is not being displayed.
Steps to Reproduce
- As an admin, create a new Data Item using the table Crisis Scenario Execution Step [x_xxxxx_app_crisis_scenario_execution_step]
- Use that Data Item in a new Applet.
- Try to Access the Applet in the ServiceNow Agent application.
- No record will show.
- Check the XML of the Master Item record linked to the Applet created in step 2 > Part of the table name has been truncated [x_xxxxx_app_crisis_scenario_execution_st].
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
