Description

In the report condition builder, a date field displays the wrong value after selecting from the date picker. It only happens when selecting a cutover date for AEST DST (UTC+10). For example, Oct 6th 2019, Oct 1st 2017, Oct 7th 2018.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure to select the system timezone as UTC+10.
1. Create a new report for any table, for example the Incident table.
2. Specify a condition with any DateTime field, like 'Created', and select 06-10-2019 from the date picker.
Notice the selected date displays changed to 05-10-2019.

Workaround

This problem is under review and targeted to be fixed in a future release. To receive notifications when more information becomes available, subscribe to this Known Error article by clicking the Subscribe button at the top right of this form.

As a workaround, use Report Classic UI.
