KB Summary by Now Assist

Issue

When a form is configured to add a field, certain fields are not present and hence unable to add to the form

Cause

'Staged' field in dictionary entry of the affected field is set to true.

Resolution

1.Go to the corresponding dictionary entry for the affected record. In this case, go to the dictionary entry where the column name is std_change_producer_version.
2. Configure the form layout for this dictionary and add Staged field to the form.
3. Unchecked staged field and save it.

Related Links

Fields marked as staged will not be used in the platform. 'staged' is a flag set when field is in the process of being created which will override Active=true.
