Steps to Reproduce

Run Cloud Resource Discovery against an AWS region that has RDS databases.

Expected behavior:
cmdb_ci_cloud_database.state should have a value of 'available' or 'terminated' and other.

This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.

As a workaround, you could import the attached modified xml file for "Amazon AWS Relational Database Service" pattern which has a step added to populate the 'cmdb_ci_cloud_database.state' field.

Customers will need to install the latest "Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns" and "CMDB CI Class Models" store apps first before using that workaround.

Note: Please remember that modifying the pattern will lead to it being skipped it when upgrading the instance. After the upgrade to a fixed version, check the skipped changes from the upgrade history and revert the "Amazon AWS Relational Database Service" pattern to the out of box version.
