Description

A single user is unable to add entries to an embedded list for Timecards on the incident table. This user has the required roles but the option for 'Insert a new row' does not show up for this one user.

Cause

The issue was seen because this user had the 'List edit' turned off in the personalize list option for the time cards list.

Resolution



In order to resolve this issue, we need to make sure that List Edit is turned on for this user in the corresponding list.

To do this, open the list directly while impersonating the user.

Try to personalize the list and at the bottom of the popup that shows up, select the checkbox for Enable List edit and save it.

This would resolve the issue.
