Unable to change the planned start date of a project task

Cause

Once the project has been created the Planned Start date cannot be changed, However, this was eventually fixed as an enhancement from Madrid version of ServiceNow.

Resolution

Once the project has been created the Planned Start date cannot be changed, However, this was eventually fixed as an enhancement from Madrid version of ServiceNow via a UI action called "Move Project"


"Per current design, project task planned start date is always after or equal to the project start date which acts as a boundary condition."
