Description

How to associate Multiple Incidents & Work Orders to a CSM Case.

Resolution

Upon investigating further, it seems that we are only allowed to associate one incident per case using the action via the Context Menu.

However, it seems that the related lists [Incident>Parent] & [Work Order>Parent] can be added to CSM form.
(Please see screenshot attached).

When these related lists are added, any Incident or Work order created via the Related List will associate to the Case via the "Parent" field on the Incident/Work Order.
(Please see screenshot attached).


The related List also allows you to manually associate Incidents or Work Orders via the "Edit" action.
