Description
When accessing pages in Service Portal or accessing sp_config, an error is thrown on the page like below :

Cause
The 'Quick Start Config' section on sp_portal record (Eg: sp portal) is modified
Resolution
Revert to OOB Quick Start Config value should fix the issue
