Issue
Catalog client scripts and UI policies are not working in Agent Mobile App
Cause
Platform UI policies and client scripts will not work on Agent Mobile app. The "Mobile" option available for UI type for these front end scripts/policies is applicable only to classic mobile application. All of the UI policies will have to be defined specifically for Agent Mobile app using Studio or mobile backend tables.
Resolution
Platform front end scripts and policies will not work on Agent Mobile app. You can submit an enhancement request if you would like to see this feature in the future releases.
