Description

The Knowledge Base doesn't show any knowledge articles on the Knowledge homepage, however, published articles for the specified knowledge base are visible when navigating to the kb_knowledge table. 

Resolution

There are a couple of points to check:

  1. The Knowledge article should be published
  2. Knowledge articles should have a valid_to date populated correctly. When it has past dates set, the article won't be visible on the knowledge homepage.
