The RITM form view for the older RITMs is broken when new variables are added in multi-row variable set.

There is a NullPointerException shown in the logs.

Steps to Reproduce

In an affected instance:

  1. Create a new multi-row variable set and add 4 variables in the variable set
  2. Order few RITMs (make sure that variable editor is included in the form)
  3. Go back to the multi-row variable set and add an additional variable
  4. Now go back to the RITM that was requested in step 2 and notice that the form is broken and nothing is displayed after the variable editor (like related list, activity stream)

Expected behavior: The variables in the multi-row variable set should be shown without error

Actual behavior: The variables are NOT shown and the RITM form is broken
