Contextual knowledge search are not showing any results
The Knowledge base associated with the Search Context is inactive
Search Resource Configuration conditions are not met
- Check the Search Context you are using. From the navigation page, go to the 'Search Context' and select the related context you use. Sample below for HR case search
2. Go to the Resource Configuration tab and open the record. Sample configuration below:
3. Check the Condition if the Knowledge Base associated to the Search Resource is active. If not, activate it.
4. Check other conditions and properties if your record or search is not passing the conditions set here
