Description

When users try to submit a new Service Category Request under Service Creator they are presented with a blank white page and no service category request record is created.

Release or Environment

Service Creator plugin is enabled.

Cause

The record producer "Service Category Request" is inactive.

Resolution

Navigate to the "Service Category Request" record producer record and check the "Active" field to make it active.
