Getting "Action not Authorized error" when Cancelling the Change Request

Getting "Action not Authorized error" when Cancelling the Change Request.

Action name(action_name) of the both OOTB "Cancel Change" UI action & Custom "Cancel ChangeX" Ui action are same.

Hence when custom UI action was clicked, sys_id of the OOTB Ui action is getting called and throwing an error.

Changing action_name of the custom UI action fixed the issue. Ideally, there should be no UI Actions with the same name on the instance.
