Description

"NEW" ui action on "companies" related list for "domain" table records is not visible starting Madrid.

Steps to Reproduce

Affected versions: Madrid

Required plugins: Action Status Automation (com.sn_action_status), Domain Support - Domain Extensions Installer (com.glide.domain.msp_extensions.installer)

  1. Access any Madrid version instance.
  2. Activate Action Status Automation (com.sn_action_status) plugin.
  3. Activate Domain Support - Domain Extensions Installer (com.glide.domain.msp_extensions.installer) plugin.
  4. Goto the following domain table list, and open any record: https://INSTANCE_NAME.service-now.com/domain_list.do?sysparm_query=
  5. Add "companies" related list, if not already present.

Actual Behavior:
No "NEW" UI Action shows up starting Madrid.

Expected Behavior:
"NEW" UI Action should exist similar to London.

 

Workaround

  1. Navigate to the following link:
    https://INSTANCE_NAME.service-now.com/sys_ui_action_list.do?sysparm_query=sys_overrides%3D7b37cc370a0a0b34005bd7d7c7255583
  2. Add "Overrides" column on the list view
    3. Remove its value and save the record.
