Description

Copy | Paste from Word to Knowledge created images with same file name.This issue is under review. Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Word doc with several embedded images.
2. Copy the contents of the Word doc.
3. Paste contents into a Knowledge article.
4. Save & publish article.
5. Check the "Manage Attachments"

You can notice that all the pasted images has same file name.

Actual Behaviour : Pasted images should have a different file name
Expected Behaviour : Pasted images should have a different file names and not same.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this problem, contact ServiceNow Customer Support.
