This article explains the pre-requisites for viewing session logs

User can view session logs on:

1) Current page

2) Session logs tab of script debugger window which is introduced in New York

To view session logs one should be aware of two things:

1) System property - glide.debugger.log.ui

This property accepts two values - Page and Session

If the property is set to Page, user can view session logs both on Session logs tab of script debugger as well as on current page

If the property is set to Session, user can view session logs only on Session logs tab of Script debugger window

2) User role - log_debugger

This is applicable for session logs on Session logs tab of Script debugger window

User should have to log_debugger role to view session logs on Session logs tab of Script debugger window

If the user does not have log_debugger role below error is shown on script debugger window

In the above case user should either get log_debugger role added or set glide.debugger.log.ui to Page to view session logs on current page
