Description

For a catalog item, with portal settings section on the form, check  either of the checkboxes 'Hide Attachment' & 'Mandatory Attachment' and save. Try to click on any other link or close the form or navigate away from the form, you get the pop-up to confirm "leave site? changes you made may not be saved" as in the screenshot, even though no changes were made.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop to any Madrid instance.
2. Navigate Service Catalog >> Catalog Definitions >> maintain items, from platform. Select an item which has portal settings section{For example Apple watch series 2}
3. Under portal settings section, check 'Mandatory Attcahment' or 'Hide Attcahment' checkbox and save.
4. Try to navigate out of the form/ reload the form or click anywhere which takes you out of the form.
5. You will prompted to confirm, with a pop up "Leave Site? Changes you have made will not be saved" even though no changes were made, as shown in the screenshot attached.

Expected behavior : Should be able to navigate out of the form.

Actual behavior: Gets the pop up as shown in the screenshot.

Workaround

This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
