Report shows data only for same day when report is grouped by created date column
- System ranges were in place to show only for the same day in the sys_report_range table. Please refer the screenshot below
- Ranges should be configured(or not configured for any specific table) in the sys_report_range for all the required ranges, to be displayed in the report.
- The way ranges are declared for the global app, please setup the ranges for the created date field on the incident table.
- To set the ranges, please follow the steps below:
- Login to instance
- Go to Report "Ranges module" by typing it in the application navigator
- Click new button on the top left of the page
- Fill the form with necessary details in the form
- save the form.
