Description

Report shows data only for same day when report is grouped by created date column

Cause

    • System ranges were in place to show only for the same day in the sys_report_range table. Please refer the screenshot below¬†

Resolution

  1. Ranges should be configured(or not configured for any specific table) in the sys_report_range for all the required ranges, to be displayed in the report.
  2. The way ranges are declared for the global app, please setup the ranges for the created date field on the incident table.
  3. To set the ranges, please follow the steps below:
    1. Login to instance
    2. Go to Report "Ranges module" by typing it in the application navigator
    3. Click new button on the top left of the page
    4. Fill the form with necessary details in the form
    5. save the form.
